"The Last Breath of Ijowil" is about the world Ijowil and it's inhabitants, the "Nehan". The world was split in two parts a long time ago, Calvaras and Veldoras.
Calvaras is shaped of everylasting snow and ice, while the heat of Veldoras leaves behind only deserts of stone and sand.
Both sides are divided by an insurmountable border which is protected by Rune Guardians.
No Nehan is allowed to cross this line of Ijowil, as a rule declares that was created thousands of years ago.
A city called "Ashfort" is the only meetingpoint of the two sides.
Brynjar is the main character of the story, he works as an merciless assassin and one day gets the task to kill a Nehan of the other side of the world.
Only with the help of Avey, a mysterious girl, can he fullfil that task. But which huge consequences will such an assassination bring along?
Why does the target need to be killed? Will they be able to cross the border and avoid the secret Rune Guardians? Who is the mysterious man who killed Brynjars parents?
What project where they working on when they died? Will the peace of Ijowil prevail or will war, destruction and death lead to the last breath of Ijowil?
